Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LuxSkyCharters, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed Charter Agreement and payment of the required deposit.

2. Cancellation by the Charterer

  • More than 30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

  • 15 to 30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations within this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total charter price.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure: Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total charter price.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable, and the full charter price will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation by LuxSkyCharters

In the unlikely event that LuxSkyCharters must cancel a flight due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control, we will offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling: We will work with the Charterer to reschedule the flight at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • Full Refund: If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

5. Force Majeure

LuxSkyCharters is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the cancellation and refund policy may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Changes to the Policy

LuxSkyCharters reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Charterer and will apply to all future bookings.
